2025 Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Challenge

We want to commend all entrants for the 2024 Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Contest! The Race for 100 Yield Contest began in 2007 and in 2013, the first three producers reached the goal.

We want to commend all entrants for the 2023 Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Contest! The Race for 100 Yield Contest began in 2007 and in 2013, the first three producers reached the goal. Layne Miles, from Ashley county, achieved the 100-bushel mark for the 6th time in 2023 with a yield of 115.270 bushel/acre by growing Asgrow AG46X0 and won the Champion Division.

Matt Miles, from Ashley county, achieved the 100-bushel mark for the 8th time in 2022 with a yield of 122.884 bushel/acre by growing ASGrow 46X0 and won the Champion Division.

Matt Miles from Desha County achieved the 100-bushel mark for the 7th time with a yield of 121.318 bushel/acre by growing AgriGold G4620RX and winning the Champion Division. Neil Culp from Phillips County achieved a new state record with 130.784 bushel/acre growing Asgrow AG45X8.

We want to commend all of the 76 soybean producers who entered the 2020 Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Contest and we are proud to announce that 2 of these producers reached and exceeded the 100 bushel/acre milestone in 2020. The Race for 100 Yield Contest began in 2007 and in 2013, the first three producers reached the goal. Ronnie Ragsdell from Lawrence county is the newest member of the 100 Bushel Club with a yield of 104.067 bu/a. Ragsdell grew Pioneer P48A60X and became the 23rd producer to join the 100 Bushel Club. Matt Miles from Desha county once again hit the 100-bushel mark with a yield of 116.858 bu/a growing Pioneer P47A64X. He became the winner of the first Champion of Champions category

We want to commend the 70 soybean producers who entered the 2019 Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Contest. We are proud to announce that seven of these producers reached and exceeded the 100 bu/a milestone in 2019.  The Race for 100 yield contest began in 2007 and in 2013, three producers reached the goal.  In 2019, seven producers reached 100 bu/a.
