Gardner Lile, Real Estate Broker Lile Real Estate

Name: Gardner Lile

Position: Real Estate Broker

Location: Lile Real Estate Little Rock, AR

Education: Finance with a minor in accounting

To work with real estate broker Gardner Lile, is to be his friend. That’s how Lile views his clients, as friends. And as he would with any of his friends, Lile often takes his clients duck hunting. It’s a tradition he learned from his father, who introduced Lile to the family business.

“When I was in high school I did odd jobs, working at golf courses,” Lile recalls. “I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but I was always intrigued by real estate.”

Lile’s father, Gar, principal broker and founder of Lile Real Estate, played a significant role in shaping his life and career. Lile remembers when his father would take him and his brother duck hunting as children. It was during these times growing up and spending time with his father that Lile’s interest in real estate began to grow.
It wouldn’t be until after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting that Lile decided to join the family business. Lile graduated in 2014 and for the past seven years has been working with his father at Lile Real Estate in Little. According to Lile, there is never a dull moment in the real estate business. One of his favorite duties as a broker is shooting drone imagery for new listings.

“There’s nothing monotoned about it at all. “There’s always something new and different,” Lile said. “One of my favorite attributes of being a Real Estate broker is meeting all the different people…from farmers to land doners, to investors.”

Lile and his team research properties, analyze markets and advise clients, whether they are buying or selling, to help them make informed decisions about the listings his company manages. For commercial farming land, Lile’s team audits things like irrigation systems and other operational infrastructure which affect property values, to ensure his clients’ needs are always being met. Doing right by his clients is what Lile contends has kept the family business going for so long.

“Hopefully we will be doing this for a really long time,” he said.
