Art is creating succession plans for Arkansas producers to identify and develop new agriculture leaders for the next generation of farming. He provides these farmers with legal assistance to build a successful and sustainable future for their land.
 
He graduated with a degree in agricultural business from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. After graduation, he attended the William H. Bowen School of Law to earn his law degree. While in law school, Art worked as a government affairs intern at Riceland Foods where he gained experience in farm policies and saw first-hand the effects of agribusiness on Arkansas producers.
