Apple Cider Coffee Latte

Ingredients:
• 1 cup apple cider
• 1/2 cup soy milk
• 1/2 cup brewed coffee (hot or cold, depending on your preference)
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
• Sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup) to taste
• Optional toppings: whipped soy cream, apple slices, or caramel drizzle

Directions:

For Hot Latte:
1. Heat the Apple Cider: In a small saucepan, heat the apple cider over medium heat until warm.
2. Warm the Soy Milk: In a separate saucepan, heat the soy milk until steaming, but not boiling.
3. Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee while the cider and soy milk are heating.
4. Combine Ingredients: In a large mug, combine the warmed apple cider, brewed coffee, steamed soy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and sweetener. Stir well.
5. Garnish: Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and add any optional toppings if desired.

For Iced Latte:
1. Chill the Apple Cider: Chill the apple cider in the refrigerator.
2. Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee and let it cool or use cold brew coffee.
3. Mix Ingredients: In a glass, combine the chilled apple cider, coffee, and soy milk over ice. Add cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and sweetener, then stir well.
4. Garnish: Add optional toppings, like apple slices or a drizzle of caramel.
