6 whole strawberries
½ riped banana
8 whole blackberries
¾ cup NutriSoy Omega Reduced Sugar Fresh Soya milk
1½ tbsp honey
1. Remove stems and cut fruits into smaller portions.
2. Add fruit to a blender with soya milk and honey.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour blended smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
