Cheese Bread

3 ¾ cups bread flour
⅓ cup soy flour
⅓ cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 ½ cups plain soymilk
1 cup (4 ounces) soy jalapeno pepper cheese or soy cheddar cheese, cut into cubes or shredded

Add all ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer’s directions.

Yield: 1 ½ pound loaf of 12 slices. Per 1 slice serving: 220 calories, 3 g fat (0 g sat fat), 9 g protein (3.6 g soy protein), 38 g carbohydrate, 330 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 2 g dietary fiber.
