Cranberry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1 cup baby spinach or other greens, packed
• 1 orange, peeled
• 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup whole cranberries, frozen
• 1 small banana, frozen
• 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
Instructions
1. Place spinach, orange, soy protein powder, cinnamon, frozen cranberries, and frozen banana into your blender. Start with 1/4 cup soy milk.
2. Blend until smooth, adding more soy milk as needed for desired consistency.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
