Herb Vinaigrette

¾ cup soy oil
¼ cup tarragon white wine vinegar
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions

Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Refrigerate.

May be used as a marinade or salad dressing.

Yield: 18 tablespoon servings. Per 1 tablespoon serving: 80 calories, 9 g fat (1.5 g sat fat), 0 g protein (0 g soy protein), 1 g carbohydrate, 1 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 0 g dietary fiber.
