Mango Edamame Salad

3 mangos
2 cups shelled edamame
1 can drained and rinsed black beans
1 can drained corn
1 red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 limes
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Peel and dice mangos
2. Chop red onion and cilantro
3. Drain and rinse corn and beans
4. Cook shelled edamame as directed on package
5. In a large bowl combine mangos, red onion, corn, black beans, edamame, and cilantro
6. Add the juice of two limes, oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper
7. Mix to combine
