Tex-Mex Layered Bean Dip

1 can (15 ounces) black or yellow soybeans, drained, mashed
1 cup soy sour cream
1 cup shredded soy cheddar cheese
1 can (3.8 ounces) black olives, diced
1 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup salsa

Spread single layer each of mashed soybeans, sour cream, salsa, cheese, black olives, and green onions. Chill and serve with taco chips.

Yield: 30 tablespoons. Per 1 tablespoon serving: 41 calories, 8 g fat (0.1 g sat fat), 1.4 g protein (1.2 g soy protein), 3 g carbohydrate, 295 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 0.6 g dietary fiber
