Soy Flour Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup soy flour
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup soy cream or soy milk
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Toast soy flour lightly in a dry pan until fragrant.
2. Melt chocolate chips with soy cream over low heat.

3. Stir in soy flour until a thick mixture forms.
4. Chill until firm, roll into small balls and coat in cocoa powder.
