Soy Milk Iced Coffee

Ingredients:
• 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 1/2 cup soy milk (unsweetened or sweetened, based on preference)
• 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Ice cubes
• Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder for garnish

Soy Milk Iced Coffee

Directions:
1. Brew a cup of strong coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, espresso, etc.). Allow it to cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, you can place it in the refrigerator.
2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
3. In a separate glass or mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee, soy milk, maple syrup (or sweetener), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
4. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.
5. *Optional - Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top for extra flavor and a nice presentation.
6. Stir gently and enjoy your refreshing Soy Milk Iced Coffee!

Tips:
Stronger Flavor: For a stronger coffee flavor, use coffee ice cubes (made by freezing brewed coffee in an ice cube tray) instead of regular ice cubes.
Blended Version: For a blended iced coffee, blend the coffee, soy milk, sweetener, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
Flavor Variations: Add a flavored syrup (like caramel or hazelnut) or a splash of chocolate syrup for a different twist.
