Soy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup soy milk
1 cup strawberries
3 bananas
½ cup ice, optional
1. Add the soy milk, strawberries and bananas into the blender.
2. Blend for about 20 seconds, or until fruit is in chunks.
3. Add optional ice.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Add more soy milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie, or add more bananas if you prefer a thicker smoothie.
