Ingredients:
• 1 cup soy yogurt
• 1/2 cup granola
• 1 cup mixed fresh berries
• 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
• Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Ingredients:
1. Layer Ingredients:
• In a glass, add 1/3 cup soy yogurt.
• Add 1/3 cup mixed berries.
• Add 2 tablespoons granola.
• Repeat layers: 1/3 cup soy yogurt, 1/3 cup berries, 2 tablespoons granola.
• Finish with remaining soy yogurt, berries, and granola.

2. Optional Toppings:
• Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
• Garnish with mint leaves.

3. Serve Immediately
