Taylor Burdett Burdett Farms | 100 Bushel Club Inductee, 2024

The Burdett family has farmed in Stuttgart, Arkansas, for decades, building a legacy rooted in hard work and respect for the land. When it was time for Taylor Burdett to go to college and choose a career, he did not initially envision himself as a farmer. Over time, and thanks to an internship opportunity, that perspective changed. Fast-forward to 2024, Taylor earned a spot in the 100 Bushel Club through the Grow for the Green Soybean Yield Challenge, marking a meaningful milestone for both his operation and his family.

Taylor’s return to farming brought a new level of focus to management and decision-making. He combined experience gained off the farm with lessons learned in the field, paying close attention to planting strategy, timing, and in-season adjustments. Each choice was made to give his soybeans the best opportunity to perform, knowing that strong yields are built through consistency and attention to detail.

That approach paid off during the 2024 growing season. Reaching the 100-bushel mark reflected years of learning and steady improvement, not a single moment or decision. For Taylor, the achievement represents progress and commitment to the family operation, along with confidence in the path forward. The 100 Bushel Club is a milestone worth celebrating and a reminder that continued growth remains the goal.
