Taylor Wiseman Executive Director | Arkansas FFA Foundation

Growing up in Vilonia, Arkansas, Taylor Wiseman was shaped by the values of community and service. Those roots carried her through college and into a career devoted to agriculture, leadership and education. With degrees in agricultural business from Southern Arkansas University and agricultural economics from the University of Arkansas, Taylor built the foundation for a career that connects people to purpose.

“Every role I’ve had, whether in ag policy in Washington, D.C. or here at home, has been about serving people, serving Arkansas or serving agriculture,” Wiseman said. “When a role does all three, I know I’m in my sweet spot.”

Today, Taylor serves as the Executive Director of the Arkansas FFA Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting more than 18,000 FFA members across 217 chapters in the state. In this role, she works closely with donors, alumni, and industry leaders to foster premier leadership and success in the next generation of agricultural professionals.

Her work focuses on three key areas: helping donors connect their “why” to agriculture education, building long-term relationships that sustain the mission of FFA and demonstrating the impact of every gift made to the Foundation. For Taylor, the joy comes from connecting people to something bigger than themselves and investing in the future of Arkansas agriculture.

“It’s all about people and purpose,” she said. “The titles may change, but that golden thread has always been there.”

Through her leadership, Taylor Wiseman ensures that Arkansas FFA continues to grow leaders and strengthen agriculture for generations to come.
